Declares to the compiler that <u>Identifier</u> can be used as a class name.
<p>
By default, you can use all classes of the current project and all classes declared
in the components used by the projects without declaring them.
<p>
This keyword may be useful if you write some optional code in a component that needs
a class: you don't want to always load the component.
